Our foundation would like to ask you to participate in an exciting new program: “Help us shape a better future for all Haitian athletes” through the development of sports activities, social program and physical education in Haiti. By sponsoring sports in Haiti, you will be making exceptional resources available to both students and professional athletes both at school and at home. As you know, sport and physical education play a vital role at all levels of society. They can be a vehicle for dedicated sports’ players to enhance their abilities, general health and self-knowledge. They can also contribute to economic and social growth, improve public health, and bring different communities together. Our country needs just that.
Currently, only 35,000 children out of 4 million have access to some form of organized sports activities. There is no adequate and modernized recreation center in any of Haiti’s schools. Outside of the city, the minimum infrastructure in place is in shamble. The country has 30 physical education instructors in place except for a handful of volunteers. Needless to say, the challenge is huge, but we are willing to embrace it. We have already established contact with all the sports federation heads in Haiti including the “Haitian Comity Olympic” executive members. All of them support the foundation and are eagerly waiting for our support. Your support!
To thank you for extending access to our athletes, your products and/or services will be displayed on our foundation website as listed below. This means, millions of Haitians and other sports fans and supporters in the North America and across seas will know about your company, its services and your assistance to uplift sports in Haiti.
We hope that you will sponsor our sport initiative in helping our athletes in this difficult time. The need is real. We have experienced it during our recent trip to Haiti and our participation at the recent Central American Olympic game where we witnessed athletes being ready to compete with sub-standard equipment and also deprived of the very basic physical necessity. All your contributions will be channeled to help the athletes.
We welcome any kind of donations, may it be monetary or sports materials. We have volunteers who are ready to verify and ensure that your help reach out its targeted resource: our athlete. As athletes, we will ensure just that. We promise an efficient oversight of your money through the application of good accounting controls standards and good internal controls procedures as defined by our financial committee and verified by our auditor.
Our foundation offers a tax write-off to any amount that your organization is able to contribute. The generosity of your sponsorship will give our athletes the edge, hope and encouragement necessary to reach their goal which is to compete internationally like some of their predecessors had many years ago.
